Different meshes require different characteristics depending upon the environment in which they are expected to perform. Certain applications may require corrosion resistance, the ability to reflect signals, or withstand temperature extremes, chemicals or UV exposure.

In addition to heat-treating and electro-galvanizing capabilities, we can also apply paint or powder coatings.

Painting

We apply liquid paint to mesh in two different ways: liquid dipped or through electro-deposition for a thinner, more uniform coat. All of our paints are water-based and ecologically friendly, not solvent-based.

In addition to providing mesh that is “bare” or “cleaned only,” we can apply the following standard paint colors:

• Charcoal

Powder Coating

When it comes to powder coating, we offer:
