In-House Design Engineering Expertise
New York Wire’s Engineering Team works closely with each customer to specify, design and produce products to specific requirements for their application. Must your mesh serve a filtering or sieving purpose? If so, how big must the openings be? Will the mesh provide support? If so, what are the strength requirements? Does your application need to withstand heat or dramatic changes in temperature? If so, let us know the particulars. Does the coating require chemical resistance properties? If so, we can make recommendations. Does your mesh need to act as a barrier of some type? We can help here, too.

Painting and Powder Coating
Many times, industrial mesh requires additional protection through the application of paints or powder-coating. to ensure maximum performance. Our in-house capabilities are second-to-none. We work with our customers and suppliers to develop the coating that meets their needs for corrosion resistance, color, gloss, strength and flexibility.
In addition to providing mesh that is “cleaned only,” we can apply various colors of paints.
When it comes to powder coating, we offer epoxies and polyesters in many colors.
