Q: What type of product certification do you offer?
A: We can customize our product certification, but typically we certify our products to the customer specification for material type, diameter, temper (tensile strength and percent elongation) and packaging.

Q: Do you have product traceability?
A: Yes, we can trace material back from our fine wire to the vendor rod coil and related batch or “heat” chemistry.

Q: Do you sell multiple end spools or bobbins?
A: No. We specialize in single end wires only but have associates in the industry with bobbin winding capabilities, so please inquire.

Q: What are your packaging options?
A: We offer disposable as well as returnable spools and stem carriers.  We can customize a package to meet customer requirements and have been industry leaders in returnable packaging.

Q: Where is your wire produced?
A: We produce our wire in our Pennsylvania and China facilities from premium North American and Asian supplied rod coils.  Due to the extreme cold working of the material during drawing, we have qualified only world class suppliers for our ferrous and non-ferrous rod.

Q: Are there minimum order quantities?
A: Typically, our minimum order quantity is 500 pounds, but we will work with customers for samples and can accommodate special requests, especially on stock wire diameters that do not require a special machine set up.
